What Are We Working On?

At Stop'N'Go we love developing new products to fit in our range of high-quality gloves.

Developing and growing the Stop'N'Go range is central to providing our customers with the best protection they need and to introduce clearer communication to as many sectors and organisations as possible.

Our team has more than 50 years’ experience in the safety market and stay up to date with the latest developments in the manufacture and distribution of hand protection. We’re closely acquainted with and connected to all levels of the supply chain from sourcing the raw materials to manufacture and logistics/distribution, to real-life use and application.

Some of the projects our product development and senior leadership teams are working on are:

  • The manufacture of an EXTREME cut-resistant liner glove. Based on the original GO-X D PALM glove, this latest development will provide cut resistance rated to level “F”, the highest accreditation any glove can get under EN388. It will also have enhanced puncture resistance and will be the perfect glove to provide complete protection in the most hazardous of workplaces or roles.
  • The introduction of gloves with impact protection on the back of gloves. This will be an important step in making the Stop'N'Go range perfect for use throughout an organisation or across a site.

This development is being carried out with the construction sector specifically in mind. We want to make it as easy as possible for Health & Safety Managers to rely on Stop'N'Go for protection for their whole team.

We’re also working on the initial stages of creating chemical resistant gloves and gauntlets. We want to increase the reach and potential use of the Stop'N'Go gloves and chemical and liquid resistance is one of the next areas we’ll be working on.

We’ll be developing these gloves specifically for organisations carrying out sewage and wastewater transport and processing, oil and chemical waste disposal and drainage services.

If you want to get involved in development trials in your workplace for any of these products, or have new ideas you want to share with us, then please get in touch. We love talking about new ideas!!
